Tucked throughout the room, you’ll also find children’s toys and books, making the space feel welcoming for families without sacrificing style. There’s ample open floor space as well, intentionally left for movement and mindfulness. There is keyless entry to the home with a unique door code which will be provided to you after you book with us. We have exterior cameras on the front, side, and garage of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that profiles with 10 or less reviews or a rating of 4.5 star or lower will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guest with new profiles with 10 or less reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questions and may be required to pay $750 security deposit (which is refundable) before reservation may be confirmed.
